Many of  us in the profession are excellent in identifying opportunities for improvement in the OHS Programming.   However, we also often act alone without support.   Some of our responsibilities include effective planning; while we do not have authority to delegate, we definitely can empower others to assist us in meeting our OHS goals and objectives through careful planning and delegation.
