Grace is a proficient, and versatile Human Resource practitioner, and a member of CPHR Manitoba. She is a recent graduate of The University of Winnipeg PACE HR diploma program, a Master's in Business Administration, and a certificate in Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMS). She is an integral and transformational practitioner who offers proven results in various aspects of HR activities. She recently joined Celero Solutions a financial technology firm that provides services to credit unions across Canada. Grace is the People and Culture Generalist supporting talent management strategy, Celero workplace safety, HR projects, and process improvement.
She has a decade of progressive growth and has acquired skills in areas of Human resources-generalist, workplace safety management, and HR process improvement across industries and sectors in various countries in Africa and Europe. Her role as an HR practitioner in workplace safety has been to support occupational health and safety initiatives, review policies, procedures, and programs; deal with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements; advise, coach, and train employees. All with the aim of ensuring workplace safety is part of organizational culture and Leadership.
My role as Director for Pinchin Ltd. involves engaging with clients on a daily basis and managing the operations of the Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwest Ontario offices.
As the Director, I am always available to help clients, and the Regional offices affords a local presence to serve our clients’ needs.

I bring over fifteen years of experience in hazardous materials assessment, control and management to Pinchin’s broad range of clients.
I have a background in abatement and extensive experience with a wide range of other hazardous materials.
Sarah-Jane is an energetic and passionate safety professional with a wide range of skills and experience in many industries.
Having graduated in 2020 from the Red River College Polytechnique Occupational Health & Safety program, she began her safety career in manufacturing. Sarah-Jane continues to pursue educational opportunities whenever they arise.
She recently obtained her Laser Safety Officer designation, and is working to complete her Management Development certificate from Red River at the end of July 2022.
